Michelle Sullivan
President/Owner
Michelle Sullivan received her bachelor’s degree in Business from Emmanuel College in Boston. Michelle started UAM Services in 2007 utilizing her career experience in the HVAC industry. She was with Honeywell MICRO SWITCH for 13 years as a Field Sales Engineer for the New England Area specializing in the HVAC Markets. She was also the Sales Director at Alpha Technics responsible for the United States, Canada and Mexico serving large OEMs such as Climatemaster, Trane and Siemens.
Mike Rigdon
General Manager
Mike holds a Master’s of Science degree from Northeastern University and has over thirty years operations experience in the Life Science and Diagnostic field where he had responsibilities for global manufacturing and facility operations. Mike brings our residential customers his experience in infrastructure maintenance and capital planning. Mike’s goal is to ensure that associations plan their long-term funding as accurately as possible to avoid special assessments and unplanned fee increases.
Donna Lucente
Controller
Donna holds a Bachelor's degree in business from Suffolk University and a Master’s of Taxation from Northeastern University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CPA). Donna has three years of public accounting experience, and more than twenty years of experience working for developers, real estate firms, corporate and property accounting. She supervises our team of accounts payable and accounts receivable. In addition, Donna supervises issuing the properties monthly financial statements.
William Rigdon
Project Manager/Estimator
Graduating in 2016 from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business with a BSBA in Business Law, Will first launched a career in politics. After working for Governor Charlie Baker’s campaign and as a Chief of Staff in the Massachusetts House of Representatives for 3.5 years, Will first joined the UAM team in 2019 as a project coordinator and then project manager. Leaving UAM briefly in 2022 to manage a State Senate campaign, Will returned to UAM in late 2022 and has since served as the lead Project Manager and Estimator at UAM. Will’s unique blend of interpersonal skills and business acumen allow him to work with clients to complete projects on time, under budget, and in the highest quality manner.
